The Copiun Server sends out periodic email notifications. This article describes which email notfications are sent:
- Daily Service Level Email: On a daily basis, Copiun Server validates the service level status for each system under management. The server sends an email everyday with the current service level status, identifying the systems, if any, that are outside the defined service level.
- Event driven email: Copiun Server also sends out an email whenever an event that needs administrative attention occurs. The following events result in an email:
- Insufficient space on the data store: The server monitors the disk space on the system and when it is below a pre-defined threshold (5%), it sends an email to the administrator.
- Expiring or expired license: For trial versions, if the license on the CDM server has expired or has less than 10 days remaining, the CDM server sends an email to the administrator.
